Ravin Kalugampitiya Wins Medals at State Business Leadership Conference CSUF Mihaylo College of Business and Economics

Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda won 53 medals at the State Business Leadership Conference in April 2014.

Ravin Kalugampitiya of Costa Mesa, CA placed in Microeconomics (2nd) and Business Decision Making (2nd). Kalugampitiya will be advancing to compete in the Microeconomics and Business Decision Making categories at the National Leadership Conference in Nashville, Tennessee this summer.

"All of the activities and programs of FBLA-PBL are structured to promote professional and personal development," says Mihaylo chapter president Kevin McNulty '14 (business administration-accounting). The competitive events included case-study presentations to judges and exams testing contestants' knowledge in nearly two dozen disciplines, from finance and international business to retail management and cyber security.
